  • Starting pay $15.00 an hour for first shift, $15.40 for second!

What we require:

  • 1-3 years of welding and/or fabrication experience is desired but willing to train those with an eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, angle finders and tape measures is required.
  • Honesty and Integrity.
  • Camaraderie and Relationship Building.
  • Safety and team work are essential.
  • Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:
    • Regular standing, walking, reaching and use of hands.
    • Frequent stooping, kneeling or crouching.
    • Frequently lift 50lbs.

  • 6000 watt fiber laser cutter and 30 tool station turret press; both with auto sheet load/unload.
  • 12 MIG welding stations and a robotic welding cell.
  • Other processes include CNC Tube bending, press brakes, plasma cutting table, cold-cut saw, horizontal band saw, pyramid roller, coil forming, spot welding, 4' plate roller, horizontal press brake, tube notcher, drill presses and vertical mills.
