Inside Sales Representative

As an Account Executive with our Upbeat Division, you will develop and support new and existing business opportunities by educating our communities on the design, manufacturing and benefits of beautiful outdoor furnishings that they can be proud of.



  • Use sales process and Salesforce to successfully close and grow business
  • Be a part of a successful team driven to grow sales!
  • Close sales and remain on pace to reach end of year goals
  • Develop & maintain successful relationships with business & individual referral sources
  • Territory planning and management
  • Create account maps to gain a clear picture of who the decision makers are, what their motives might be, and who can influence your buyers
  • Performs the due diligence on the company to maximize the sales call
  • Networking events within geography (1-2 times per year) - less than 10% travel per year

  • Successfully executed a defined set of behaviors consistently
  • Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn (coachable)
  • Good phone presence/ability to build rapport on first call
  • Team player who is always willing to put the customer first
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities
  • Experience using MS Outlook and other MS 365 software
  • Excellent communication skills, both giving and receiving
  • 2+ years of proven success in an inside sales role
  • Emotional Composure
